Our Mission

Mission

Our organization is striving for a community and a world free of hypertension, by fighting hypertension, kidney and heart diseases, heart disease, pressure, and undiagnosed hypertension.

Education sessions also support the community and the world. We will be focusing on underprivileged families in the world to eliminate disparities in healthcare.

We partner with local churches and other non-profit organizations that are focused on providing services that are filling the gaps in healthcare for the needy. We will implement this strategy by identifying the gaps and filling those gaps in the healthcare needs of the poor and underserved.

We will embark on a public campaign through churches and other religious organizations located within our area of focus. Working with our partners and other support organizations, we will strive to find and support people in the community who need help by helping them navigate their health and other challenges. We will organize outreach and information campaigns within our focus area. In addition, we will provide health education materials targeted at our focus segments.

Child at the Pediatrician

We will be providing health and wellness services to the underserved in our community. I will be offering a free food drive and a food bank. We will also be offering free medication samples for people who are not able to afford their medications due to poverty, unemployment or lack of insurance. We will give away clothing for the needy. We will also be putting on free health clinics to monitor and check their blood pressure, blood sugar, and educate them on how to maintain their health.

Our President

My name is Charity Kwartengmaah, ADN, BSN, MSN, ICU RN. I started this nonprofit as a registered nurse in about a year ago when I identified a significant gap in health maintenance and health education for underserved people in the community. I want to use my organization to be a bridge and help those that need some of these essential things in life. I will be utilizing my years

of experience in healthcare to assist the poor and underserved communities. I will also bring in other healthcare professionals to deliver services and support.
